本次大会汇聚200余位企业管理者与行业专家,共同探讨AI如何在真实业务场景中落地应用,推动企业运营与决策升级。本次客户连接大会亮点纷呈:用友印尼重磅发布 YonBIP V5 最新版本,并带来现场功能演示与实际场景讲解。随后,来自普华永道、中国电信、华为云、智齿科技以及 DOC.AI 的专家从企业数字化转型与 AI 应用实践出发,分享行业趋势洞察与标杆实践经验。此外,来自 Vector Consulting Group、Wilmar Consultancy Services 以及艾雪集团的行业代表参与圆桌对话,从多元行业视角深入探讨 AI 如何赋能企业运营升级与业务创新。与此同时,KUPU、iData、海康威视、OCBC等生态伙伴在现场设立展位,展示各自在数字化与智能化领域的创新解决方案,与嘉宾展开深入交流与互动,进一步丰富了本次活动的生态合作氛围。


On March 4, 2026, Yonyou Indonesia Customer Connect 2026 – “AI in Action, Business in Motion”, hosted by Yonyou Indonesia, was successfully held at Pullman Central Park Jakarta.


The event brought together over 200 business leaders and industry experts to explore how AI can be applied in real business scenarios, driving the transformation of enterprise operations and decision-making.


Key highlights of the event: Official launch of the latest YonBIP V5 update by Yonyou Indonesia, accompanied by product demonstration. Experts from PwC, China Telecom, Huawei Cloud, Sobot, and DOC.AI then shared insights on digital transformation strategies and AI implementation best practices. In addition, industry representatives from Vector Consulting Group, Wilmar Consultancy Services and Aice joined the panel discussion, offering cross-industry perspectives on how AI can enhance operational efficiency and drive business innovation. Meanwhile, ecosystem partners including KUPU, iData, HIKVISION and OCBC showcased their innovative digital and intelligent solutions at booths, engaging with attendees and further enriching the collaborative ecosystem atmosphere of the event.

Opening Address: Enterprise AI Accessibility and Future Development Prospect


活动伊始,用友印尼总经理徐华发表开场致辞,并带来主题分享 “How to Make AI Accessible to Every Business”。他围绕企业级 AI 的落地路径展开阐述,并特别区分了企业级 AI 与面向消费者的普通 AI 应用的差异。他指出,相较于消费级 AI 更侧重体验与便捷性,企业级 AI 的关键在于输出可靠、可验证的结果,能够深度融入业务流程,并与企业权限管理体系紧密连接,确保数据安全与合规。在此基础上,他强调通过平台化能力建设与生态协同,降低技术应用门槛,让 AI 真正服务于企业日常运营与长期发展。


The event opened with an address by Bruce Xu, General Manager of Yonyou Indonesia, who also delivered a keynote presentation titled “How to Make AI Accessible to Every Business.”  In his speech, he elaborated on the adoption path of enterprise AI and highlighted the distinction between enterprise AI and consumer-oriented AI applications. He noted that unlike AI applications for consumers, the key to implementing AI in enterprises lies in delivering reliable and verifiable results, integrating deeply with business processes, and connecting seamlessly with enterprise permission management systems to ensure security and compliance. He further emphasized that through platform-based development and ecosystem collaboration, enterprises can lower the barriers to AI adoption and enable AI to truly support daily operations and long-term growth.

PwC: Driving Enterprises Toward a New Era of Intelligent Decision-Making


普华永道风控部门总监 Metta Satyani 与数据与 AI 部门总监 Kevin Gian 以“From ERP Transformation to AI-Powered Decisions”为主题,分享了如何推动 ERP 转型真正取得成功。他们指出,成功的关键在于明确的战略愿景与目标、强有力的高层支持与治理机制、完善的数据质量与数据治理体系,以及稳健的项目管理与变革管理能力。在此基础上,结合 AI 在财务场景中的应用,实现从数据采集到可视化呈现的端到端自动化,融合规则引擎与机器学习系统,并借助生成式 AI 提升分析精度与洞察深度,帮助企业构建更加全面、可追溯且清晰的数据决策体系,推动决策模式向智能化与数据驱动升级。


Metta Satyani, Risk Assurance Director, and Kevin Gian, Data & AI Director at PwC, delivered a joint presentation titled “From ERP Transformation to AI-Powered Decisions.” outlining how to ensure ERP transformation success. They highlighted several key factors, including a clear strategic vision and objectives, strong executive sponsorship and governance, robust change management, high standards of data quality and governance, and disciplined project management. Building on this foundation, they illustrated how AI can enhance finance functions through end-to-end automation from data ingestion to visualization, the integration of rule-based and machine learning systems, and enhanced analytical precision using Generative AI. With comprehensive, accountable, and coherent visualization, enterprises can translate complex data into actionable insights, accelerating the shift toward data-driven and intelligent decision-making.

用友印尼解决方案顾问 Joven Laurens Nicholas 对 YonBIP V5 进行了全面说明,并现场展示其在企业数智化基础架构上的关键升级成果。他介绍,YonBIP V5 基于 iUAP 平台能力,整合云技术、数据管理与智能应用等核心模块,实现 AI、数据与业务流程的深度协同,进一步提升系统的灵活性与扩展能力。在 YonGPT 企业级大模型的支持下,平台拓展了多样化智能应用场景,助力企业提升运营效率与决策能力。同时,YonBIP V5 采用开放式架构设计,为生态伙伴提供更灵活的开发与合作空间,推动平台与伙伴协同创新,持续赋能企业智能化发展。


Joven Laurens Nicholas, Solution Consultant of Yonyou Indonesia, provided a comprehensive overview of YonBIP V5 and demonstrated its key enhancements to the enterprise digital intelligence foundation. He explained that built upon the iUAP platform, YonBIP V5 integrates cloud technologies, data management, and intelligent applications into a unified architecture, enabling stronger alignment between AI capabilities, data assets, and business processes while enhancing system flexibility and scalability. Powered by the YonGPT enterprise large language model, the platform expands a wide range of intelligent use cases, helping organizations improve operational efficiency and decision-making capabilities. In addition, YonBIP V5 adopts an open architecture approach, offering ecosystem partners greater flexibility for development and collaboration, fostering joint innovation, and continuously empowering enterprises in their intelligent transformation journey.

中国电信解决方案部总监 Figo Chen 带来主题分享”Digital Intelligence Globalization, Foundation First: China Telecom & Yonyou Empowering Enterprise Digital Transformation”。他指出,本次活动的主题 “AI in Action, Business in Motion” 不仅仅是一句口号,而是正在印尼逐步落地并不断推进的现实实践。在分享中,他介绍了中国电信与用友在企业数字化与智能化领域的协同合作模式:用友作为企业数智化平台,提供应用与业务智能能力,如同企业的“数字大脑”;而中国电信则通过网络连接与数字基础设施,构建稳定可靠的“神经系统”。通过应用智能与网络连接能力的深度融合,双方共同为企业打造更加稳固的数字化基础,助力企业在财务、供应链与运营管理等核心业务场景实现智能化升级,推动企业实现更高效、更具韧性的数字化发展。


Figo Chen, Solution Director of China Telecom, delivered a keynote titled “Digital Intelligence Globalization, Foundation First: China Telecom & Yonyou Empowering Enterprise Digital Transformation.” He emphasized that the event theme “AI in Action, Business in Motion” is not merely a slogan, but a reality that is actively being built and implemented in Indonesia. During his presentation, he highlighted the collaborative model between China Telecom and Yonyou in supporting enterprise digital transformation. Yonyou provides enterprise applications and business intelligence capabilities, functioning as the “digital brain” that powers intelligent operations. Meanwhile, China Telecom offers robust network connectivity and digital infrastructure, acting as the “nervous system” that enables seamless data flow and communication. By combining applications and intelligence with network and connectivity, the partnership creates a strong foundation for enterprises to accelerate digital transformation and enhance capabilities in areas such as finance, supply chain, and operational management.

Dwina Agustin Putri, Solution Architect AI at Huawei Cloud, delivered a session titled “AI-Ready Infrastructure: Powering Next-Gen Intelligence.” She highlighted how robust and scalable cloud infrastructure forms the foundation for enterprise AI adoption. Leveraging Huawei Cloud’s AI computing capabilities and platform services, organizations can support a wide range of intelligent applications, including AI virtual socialization, AI search, user profiling, image generation, video generation, and content moderation. With strong computing power and advanced semantic understanding, these capabilities enable businesses to process data more efficiently, gain deeper user insights, and accelerate the development of next-generation intelligent applications.

Sobot: AI Empowering the Contact Center Transformation


智齿科技资深解决方案顾问 Sultan Syah 以“How AI Empowers Your Contact Center”为主题,介绍了智齿科技在客户联络中心领域的核心产品与功能,包括 AI Agent、在线客服、工单系统、呼叫中心、语音机器人以及 WhatsApp API 等解决方案。他结合实际应用场景,讲解企业如何通过智能化系统整合多渠道服务能力,提升整体运营效率与客户响应速度。他指出:“未来赢得竞争的公司,不一定是规模最大的,而是最智能的。” 在数字化与 AI 快速发展的背景下,企业需要借助智能技术优化服务流程与数据应用能力,打造更高效、更具洞察力的客户服务体系,从而在激烈的市场竞争中占据优势。


In this session, Sultan Syah, Senior Solution Consultant at Sobot, presented “How AI Empowers Your Contact Center,” where he introduced the company’s key product features, including AI Agent, Live Chat, Ticketing System, Call Center solutions, Voicebot, and WhatsApp API integration. Through practical use cases, he explained how enterprises can leverage intelligent systems to integrate multiple service channels and enhance overall operational efficiency and response speed. He mentioned that “the company that wins is not the biggest one, but the most intelligent one.” In the era of rapid digital and AI advancement, businesses must harness intelligent technologies to optimize service processes and data utilization, building a more efficient and insight-driven customer service system to stay competitive in the market.

DOC.AI 产品经理 Kami 围绕 “AI-Powered Document Intelligence” 主题,分享了 AI 技术在企业文档管理与信息处理领域的创新应用。她介绍,DOC.AI 通过“眼、脑、手”的智能化架构,实现企业文档处理的全流程自动化:首先通过 Intelligent Capture(眼) 对发票、银行对账单等各类文档进行智能识别与信息提取;随后借助 AI Audit(脑) 对数据进行结构化分析与多层校验,包括格式完整性检查、业务逻辑匹配以及外部数据合规比对;最后通过 E2E Automation(手)与企业系统进行集成,实现数据自动流转与业务流程执行。通过这一完整链路,企业能够大幅提升文档处理效率与准确度,减少人工操作风险,并为财务与运营管理提供更加可靠的数据支持。


During the session, Kami, Product Manager of DOC.AI, delivered a presentation on “AI-Powered Document Intelligence,” showcasing how AI technologies are transforming enterprise document management and information processing. She explained that DOC.AI adopts an “Eyes, Brain, and Hands” architecture to automate the entire document workflow. Through Intelligent Capture (the Eyes), the system can read and extract information from various documents such as invoices, bank statements, and other business documents in different formats. The AI Audit (the Brain) layer then analyzes and validates the data through multiple checks, including format integrity, business logic verification, and external compliance cross-checks. Finally, E2E Automation (the Hands) integrates with enterprise systems to automate data flow and execute workflows seamlessly. This approach enables companies to significantly improve efficiency and accuracy in document processing while reducing manual workload and operational risks.
